It’s starting to get nice out, when can I plant my vegetable crops?

This Week in the Garden: Your Questions Answered, Week of April 6

❓ Question:

It’s starting to get nice out, when can I plant my vegetable crops?

🌿 Answer:

Some veggie crops need a head start indoors and some can be planted directly outside. Keep watching the weather and remember that soil temperatures are still cooler than air temperatures and might not be ready for certain plants. Our friends at Extension Waukesha County came up with this planting schedule that you can use as a guide, but remember these are only estimates!
