Soil Sample Testing
When a plant is struggling, a mystery insect appears, or your lawn isn’t performing as expected, UW-Madison’s diagnostic labs can help. These specialized laboratories provide expert analysis and identification services to help you correctly diagnose problems and find science-based solutions.
* Soil testing “kits” (includes sampling instructions, submission form, and bag to put your sample(s) can be picked up from the Extension Walworth County Office. You are responsible for dropping off or mailing your sample directly to the UW-Madison Soil and Forage Lab.
