LAST UPDATED 01/20/2021
Due to COVID our meeting this week on Thursday, Jan 21, in the Walworth County Fairgrounds Activity Center (SE corner of the fairgrounds) will be a very social distanced informational meeting intended primarily for NEW Poultry Project families and any families who did not receive the emailed paperwork sent about a month ago. We will be handing out information packets, breeder lists and answering questions. This will be done at tables with only one family per table and a maximum of 10 people in the building at a time.
To make it simple and help with social distancing we are asking that families come in assigned time slots. Please try to follow these guidelines but if you have trouble please call a committee member. The arrival time slots are as follows:
Last name is A-F 7:00pm
Upon arrival, park near the Activity Center entrance and remain in your vehicle until invited to enter by the volunteer manning the door.
Please note that UW-Madison Division of Extension faculty, staff, and volunteers may require that program participants leave the event based on health concerns associated with COVID-19. Individuals should stay home if they are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or have had known contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. if you are unable to attend due to sickness or have safety concerns related to COVID-19, please contact me at 262-492-8211 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Facial coverings will be required in the Activity Center.
Thank you so much for working with us and helping us to continue our awesome project!
